 Sandwich Dhokla Recipe | Gujarati Breakfast Delight

Sandwich Dhokla is a colorful, layered, and super soft Gujarati breakfast dish made using suji (semolina) and curd. It’s healthy, tasty, and perfect for tiffin or tea-time snack.



📝 Ingredients:

  1 cup semolina (rava)

  1 cup curd (yogurt)

  1 tsp Eno fruit salt

  1/4 cup green chutney

  1/4 cup red garlic chutney (optional)

  Salt to taste



🔥 Instructions:

Mix rava, curd, and salt. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

 Add Eno and mix gently.

 Grease a tray, pour half batter, steam for 5 mins.

  Spread green chutney & red chutney.

Pour rest of batter, steam for 10-12 mins.

  Let it cool and cut into squares.
