✅ Ingredients:
For Papdi:
1 cup maida (all-purpose flour)
1 tbsp sooji (semolina)
2 tbsp ghee
Salt to taste
Water (for kneading)
Oil for frying
For Ragda:
1 cup dried white peas (soaked overnight)
1 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
Water for pressure cooking
For Garnish:
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped coriander
1/4 cup nylon sev
Green chutney (mint & coriander)
Sweet tamarind chutney
Chaat masala
Red chili powder
Curd (optional, beaten)

✅ Recipe Instructions:
๐นStep 1: Prepare Papdi
1. Mix maida, sooji, salt, and oil. Knead a tight dough using water.
2. Rest for 15 minutes. Roll out and cut into small discs.
3. Prick with fork and deep fry until golden.
๐นStep 2: Make Ragda
1. Pressure cook soaked white peas with turmeric and salt for 4-5 whistles.
2. Lightly mash after cooking. Keep it warm.
๐นStep 3: Assemble Chaat
1. On a plate, arrange papdi.
2. Pour hot ragda on top.
3. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, green chutney, sweet chutney, curd (optional).
4. Sprinkle chaat masala, red chili powder.
5. Garnish with sev and coriander leaves.
Serve immediately and enjoy the chaatwala-style Ragda Papdi Chaat at home!
